WHO: Up to 12 brave hearts participate in each group session, with facilitation by me (Scott Noelle, author and life coach). I’m using the term “brave hearts” to describe those of us who are reaching for a kind of integrity that is defined from within — not letting others define who we “should” be. The term applies to you if you’re willing to take an honest look at your life, identify gaps in personal integrity that are holding you back, and do whatever it takes to close those gaps — to live wholeheartedly in alignment with your True Self.
WHERE: We meet virtually, through Zoom, with live participation only (no video replays). A “dojo” — in martial arts and other disciplines — is a place for learning, practicing, and integrating new skills.
WHAT: Each 90-minute session includes a mix of interactive coaching, exercises and games, questions and answers, and guidance for practice between sessions. New members receive a brief orientation and then dive in! You can join the program anytime, stay enrolled as long as you like, and “graduate” on your own terms.
WHEN: We meet weekly on Tuesdays. You can enroll in the daytime group or the evening group. (See schedule below for details.)
WHY: Because life is too precious to squander your days hiding from discomfort and/or chasing meaningless bullshit. Because the world needs more People Of Integrity. Because you are ready to shine your Light.
COST: $96 per month. New members get a free 7-day trial period, so you can experience the dojo before the first payment is charged to your credit card. There’s no long-term contract, and you can cancel or pause your membership anytime. Each payment is fully refundable if requested within 30 days.
BONUS: If you ever want additional support, you can schedule one or more private coaching sessions and receive the dojo members’ discount of 50% off my regular rates.

Is this program right for you?
Any adult who aligns with the program’s purpose and core values is welcome to enroll, regardless of age, sex, gender, orientation, race, religion, ethnicity, political beliefs, etc.
Keep in mind that we embrace a nuanced understanding of integrity that transcends ideology and simplistic notions of right and wrong. You should enroll only if you can accept that being a Person Of Integrity is a complex process that unfolds differently for each individual.
One factor that may be an important consideration for some people is that I am a vocal advocate for individual health freedom. This won’t significantly impact our virtual meetings, but — as a matter of principle — if I ever organize any
Please note: the sessions are not group therapy, and I am not a therapist. At times we may focus on common, everyday ups and downs, anxieties, fears, and frustrations, but this program is not intended for people who have emotional/psychological conditions that require the support of a qualified mental health professional.
I’m committed to making our virtual dojo a positive environment for learning and growth, but it is not a so-called “safe space.” I may offer perspectives and recommend activities that could trigger uncomfortable feelings. You should not enroll if you expect to be coddled and shielded from such challenges. They will lead you back to your Power, if you let them.
